The course will focus on recovering previous knowledge and skills, starting from level A2 plus to level B1 plus, following the indications and objectives of the Common Framework of Reference for Languages.

Knowing how to communicate with sentences related to everyday life situations ;

Knowing how to use the tenses of the present and the future in oral and written communication;

Know how to express probabilities and possibilities, using the main modal verbs;

Know how to recognize and use numbers, nouns and adjectives;

Knowing how to recognize and use the main tenses of the past;

Know how to read and understand short and long messages of lexical domain.

 

At the end of the short training course, male and female students will be able to
- recognize and use A2 plus - B1 plus level grammatical structures
- be more familiar with the pedagogical vocabulary
- know how to read and understand pedagogical texts: short articles, abstracts.
- knowing how to understand from listening to and watching domain videos and audios in the pedagogical field
- improving the mastery of the specific vocabulary
- knowing how to research and use OER materials

The course will take place in presence, except if there are any restrictions or indications from the Department.

The lessons will be plenary and participatory, conveying contents in English and promoting language learning skills.

At least one exercise will take place which will simulate the exam and students will be constantly involved personally and/or in groups.

The materials used will be interactive and digital, favoring Open Educational Resources.

The exam will take place in written form and will be divided into two types of test

1) Multiple choice test - 30 questions - on the topics of the course, which will be carried out on the Moodle platform.

Evaluation in thirtieths

The type of Multiple Choice will be ABC D.

2) Reading Comprehension of an article chosen from those indicated by the teacher. ABC multiple choice test, 5 questions.

Evaluation in thirtieths.

The average of the sum of the two tests will determine the passing of the test.
